All prize money will be paid when exhibits are collected.
REGULATIONS:
1. ALL ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE BY-LAW REGULATIONS OF THE SOCIETY.
2. Delivery and collection of exhibits:
Delivery: School displays must be set up and displayed by the exhibiting school in the Osborne Pavilion between 2pm and 6pm on Tuesday, 22nd October
Collection: All exhibits will be available for collection on Monday, 28th October between 8am and 10.30am only. The Society will not accept responsibility for exhibits collected after that time.
3. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
4. All exhibits to be the bona fide work of the students and completed during 2024.
5. Each individual piece making up the display must have the child’s name who made it attached.
PLEASE NOTE: Exhibit to comprise of at least three different types of art and craft work. Space allowed comprises of one full bay in the Osborne Pavilion 3.6m wide & 2m depth floor space. Wall space behind allocated area may be included in the display. Art & Craft display on a free standing frame e.g. wood, steel, or cardboard. Example: refrigerator box
