REGULATIONS
1. NO HORSES ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS AFTER DUSK UNLESS THEY ARE STABLED
2. NO MAKESHIFT YARDS, ELECTRIC OR OTHER ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS
3. CATTLE YARDS ARE NOT FOR USE BY HORSES
4. NO FIRES ALLOWED ON THE GROUND ESPECIALLY AROUND THE STABLE AREAS
Patron's Tickets
1-Day and 2-Day Patron's tickets are available to exhibitors of the show only. The 1-Day Show Patron’s Tickets are only available upon application to enter a Horse class but must be purchased prior to adding your entries to your shopping cart to ensure the discount is applied to your entries.
This ticket allows admission into the Showgrounds for the Patron, Patron’s Partner or Guest and unlimited Children (12 years and under) and the Exhibitor’s vehicle.

Horse Section Rules & Regulations
The Committee has the right to refuse any entry.
1. All entry fees must accompany entry forms.
2. Breeding year dates from 1st August each year.
3. At the direction of the Chief Steward, any horse or pony may be requested to be measured. An allowance of 3/8” for shoes will be allowed. EFA measuring accepted.
4. All exhibitors compete at own risk.
5. The Bendigo Agricultural Show Society is not responsible for any damage or loss of property.
6. Novice horse, pony or rider is one (VAS ruling), which has not won a 1st placing, competing singly, in any EFA so mentioned show or gymkhana.
7. Local horse or rider is to reside permanently within 30kms of the Bendigo Post Office.
8. Breed class entries must be registered with their recoginsed breed Society.
9. The Judge’s decision is final. Protests must be lodged with the Chief Stewards of the applicable Horse Section with a $50 deposit within 30 minutes after the class in dispute.
10. Stallions are NOT permitted to compete in Open Saddle classes. Stallions must be shown with bit in mouth.
11. Exhibitors cannot compete in both Open and Show Hunter, Hack, Galloway or Pony. Its one or the other only.
STABLES & CAMPING SITES

Open Riders, Junior & Senior Pony Club
REGULATIONS:
1. All pony club events, full pony club uniform must be worn.
2. To be eligible to compete, pony club attendance cards must be produced on entry to this ring.
3. Riders must have attended at least 2 rallies as rider/ mount combination in the previous 12 months.
4. Snaffle bit only.
5. Riders not complying will not be admitted to the ring.

THE “ALLISON BOGUMIL” MEMORIAL AWARD
SUPREME PONY CLUB MOUNT
The Pony Club High Point Trophy is presented in memory of a young Bendigo lady who loved life, horses and Pony Club. Allison competed successfully at he highest levels of Pony Club and Showing, winning many Regional, State and Royal awards. Following retirement from Pony Club as a rider at age 21, Allison became a dedicated and respected instructor and judge until she passed away in 2003. The Award also honours Allison’s achievements and memory as an ‘Equestrian’ and offers her legacy and best wishes to all who compete for it.

EVENT CRITERIA
The diversity of this event is aimed at providing an opportunity for members of all Pony Clubs to be recognised and awarded for displaying the versatility of their horse and rider combination in a number of Pony Club disciplines. The Champion and Reserve Champion Junior Rider, Champion and Reserve Champion Senior Rider and Champion and Reserve Champions of the three height classes of Pony Club Mount all are eligible to compete in the Allison Bogumil Memorial Supreme Pony Club Mount.
