REGULATIONS:
1. ALL ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE SOCIETY.
2. Exhibits to be delivered to the Showgrounds OSBORNE PAVILION on Thursday, 24th October - between 5pm and 7pm.
3. Collection: All exhibits will be available for collection on Sunday, 27th October 9am - 11am or by prior arrangement with the Chief Steward.
4. All exhibits must be part of the current season’s crop and must be the property of and grown by the exhibitor.
5. Exhibit cards will be issued which must be firmly attached to the exhibit.
6. Judges or Society Committee reserve the right to change an entry to another class in the event of an incorrect entry.
7. Should any sample of grain be found to be infected with weevil or any contagious plant disease, it shall be disqualified and removed from the Showgrounds.
8. Samples in the cereal and grass sections should be in a suitable container. (eg: ice cream container)
9. Samples in the fodder section should be supplied either as a biscuit or in a container up to 30cm.
10. Samples in the grains section should be in a container up to 30cm (eg: ice cream container).
