REGULATIONS:
1. ALL ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE BY-LAW REGULATIONS OF THE SOCIETY.
2. All Poultry must be penned by 9.30am on Friday, 27th October and not removed before 4.30pm Saturday. Exhibits not received by 9.30am Friday will be debarred from the competition.
(Please note: birds can be penned Thursday 26th between 7.30pm and 8.30pm and picked up Sunday between 10am and 11am or by prior arrangement with the Chief Steward ).
3. Judging will take place on Friday, 27th October commencing at 10am.
4. No Gate passes will be issued, exhibitors encouraged to purchase a patron ticket or pay gate prices.
5. Please state colour of breed on entry form of all exhibits.
6. Exhibits suspected of disease or vermin will be removed without notice.
7. No changes will be accepted on the day of judging.
