JUDGING:                       10am THURSDAY
All prize money will be paid when exhibits are collected.

REGULATIONS:
1.    ALL ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE SOCIETY.
2.   OPEN TO AMATEURS ONLY (OTHER THAN SMALL BUSINESS SECTION).
3.   Delivery and collection of exhibits:
      Delivery:  Exhibits to be delivered to the Showgrounds on Thursday, 24th October only - between 8am and 9.45am.
      Collection:  All exhibits will be available for collection on Monday 28th October between 8am and 10.30am only.  The Society will not accept responsibility for exhibits not collected during that time.
4.   Exhibitors please note:  Entries should be exhibited in glass jam jars minimum size 300gm without identifying marks, unless specified otherwise. Mixed varieties must be put in uniform jars. Variety and date must be specified on label. Lids to be loosened for judging.
5.  Sauce, etc. to be shown in 300ml glass bottles without identifying marks. Sauces should not be sealed to restrict Judge’s tasting. Bottles to have lids.
6.  Only two jars or bottles to be shown in each class except in sections for collections when one jar or bottle to be shown for each variety. Stickers to identify jars exhibited in sets. Contents of all jars and bottles to be named.
7.   Lids only on all exhibits.
8.   All exhibits must be made from produce and no artificial flavours. Must be the bona fide work of the exhibitor.

     The Society will not accept responsibility for exhibits not collected during that time.
