Flowers will be staged in the Bendigo Exhibition Centre

REGULATIONS:
1.     ALL ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE BY-LAW REGULATIONS OF THE SOCIETY.
2.     Delivery and collection of exhibits:
        Delivery:  All exhibits must be in position between the hours of 8am and 11am on Thursday 24th October.
         Collection:  Stewards will be in attendance between 1pm and 2.30pm on Sunday 27th October for collection of bowls and exhibits unless prior arrangements are made with either the Chief Steward or Show Secretary.
3.     Late entries: - * Only 5 Cut Flower late entries will be accepted in Classes J11 to J45, provided there is already an entry in that class, prior to 11am on judging day.
* No late entries will be accepted in the following Sections: Floral Art, Orchids, Pot Plants, Vegetables, Fruit & Produce, Cactus & Succulents.
4.     Name all individual exhibits where possible. If name not known, state “name unknown”.
5.     Exhibitors in Pot Plants, Cut Flowers, Vegetables and Produce must only exhibit home grown products.  Pot plants must be been growing in a container for a minimum of 3 months.
6.     The Society and Bendigo Garden Club will take all care but no responsibility for exhibits in this Section.
7.     Definitions: A bowl is a vessel of which the width is greater than the height. A vase is a vessel of which the height is greater than the width. A container is a vessel. Any number of stems unless stated.
