REGULATIONS
1. Judging to take place from 6pm until approximately 7pm.
2. Utes will be displayed on or near the main arena
3. Sashes or Prizes for each category winner.
4. People assisting with the organization and on the day running of the Ute show are eligible to exhibit.
5. All entries must be registered as utility, in case of “chicks” classes Ute must be registered in the name of the female exhibitor.
6. Judging will be based on a critique (non-point) system. Each exhibit will be inspected, critiqued and then evaluated by the nominated judge. The winner will be the vehicle the judge feels best represents each category, with a strong emphasis on the quality of the preparation and presentation of the vehicle and demonstrate innovation and individuality.
7. Entrants are required to present their vehicle to the judge. Entrants are encouraged to briefly explain any modifications to the judge during their inspection.
8. Exhibitors are warned that should they not be in attendance of their vehicle during the judge’s inspection the evaluation will be made on a ‘face-value’ only. Judges will not open doors or bonnets without the vehicle’s owner or representative present.
9. Judges decision will be final and will not be entered into after the event; however, critiques will be available for collection by vehicle owner at completion of judging.
